I created beloge fitness
In my pursuit of being the best at what I do, it has become hard for me to find time to work out on other projects. There are so many things that have to get done. As a professional writer and blogger it is like trying to squeeze 10 hours in between everything else. It feels exhausting. When you’re trying to make money during this time crunch we all feel like life can just come crashing down around us at any moment. We always have something that needs our attention. This could be children, school, or just another demanding job that requires extra hours at home to complete. With the current pandemic and lockdown, there is no one to give your schedule a break but yourself! So how do you find the time to push through these demands? Well, for me, it’s usually yoga classes. Why not? You don’t even need to own a studio. All you need is one mat. Once you’ve set up your mat and settled into your body, you can sit back and focus on your breath. As soon as you start doing some light breathing exercises you will begin noticing results. Maybe you can feel a difference right away even if you haven’t really gotten started yet. You may also discover new areas of your body you never knew existed. What are you waiting for? Start working out today!
How I developed my business model was by creating an online platform where people could book personal training sessions with their trainer without having to worry about paying anyone else for those appointments. At first the idea seemed pretty good! But then reality hit me. People would actually pay hundreds of dollars for private therapy sessions, and often times they ended up coming back to the gym for more. Not wanting to lose all the momentum I had built over the years, I decided I needed to do something different. After careful consideration and research, I came up with the idea for Beloge Fitness. The process of building this company included researching new ways to expand my reach while still maintaining quality standards with each session. Many people asked me to help get them to sign up for a monthly subscription, and after talking with several trainers I found out almost everyone had similar experiences with clients who had difficulty getting into traditional gyms. They were either too busy looking for someone to work with, or they feared rejection from their past clients and tried to avoid coming in. Although both points seem valid, I wanted to offer my customers peace of mind when it comes to taking care of themselves. I believe strongly in client-first-first and want every single customer I give a great experience. My goal is to provide a comfortable and safe space for my customers to be able to talk openly and unapologetically about their goals.
Since launching I am proud to say that I have helped thousands of individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. For most people, starting out is tough but once you put in the time of consistent practice, you’ll see results. Now I want to teach people how to create a successful fitness business in a very simple and easy way. Whether people want to use social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook or look for coaching on YouTube, or work directly with a coach, the possibilities are endless!
Beloge will continue expanding the options available to its members as well as providing additional services such as nutritional plans. Each week Beloge creates videos featuring guest workouts with world class coaches and experts discussing topics such as meditation, healthy eating, strength training, mental clarity, etc… In addition, I will be adding a variety of other programs and tools to increase effectiveness and personalize health and wellness goals. While my main focus is to provide comprehensive resources for my community, I know it’s important to take an occasional step back to enjoy myself as well. Even though I love working inside the gym, I wouldn’t say that I’m an introvert. I tend to get caught up in the moment and sometimes forget about myself until after a long workout that I end up feeling exhausted. I have dedicated much of my free time to learning how to cook delicious meals at home or finding a fun boutique where I can shop for clothes and shoes. These activities are not exactly “workouts” but I enjoy spending time doing things I enjoy instead of focusing on weights in front of a screen.
All that said, I couldn’t be prouder of what we have accomplished thus far and I can’t wait to do it again!
